NextLevel Launch ("we," "us," "our") is a freelance web design and digital marketing service operated by Eyad Hindiyeh, based in Virginia, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

Information you give us directly: When you submit the contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, business type, and the service you're interested in. We only collect what you voluntarily provide.
Information collected automatically: Our hosting provider (Netlify) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party tracking or analytics tools on this site.
Cookies: This site does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Netlify may set technical cookies required to serve the site.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate about potential or active projects.
- To send project updates, invoices, and service-related messages.
- To improve our services based on the types of requests we receive.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

- Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP when fonts are requested. See Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and project-related communications for as long as necessary to fulfill the business relationship and comply with applicable law, or up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Opt out of any future communications from us.
